Our platform includes all of the subdomains, mobile applications, and any other media, location, application, etc. owned, managed, operated, etc. by us. When referring to the infrastructure in this Agreement, we will be collectively referring to them as the “Platform”.

The “Online Services” are available at www.vikalpeducation.in and any other websites through which Vikalp Education makes the Online Services available.

You agree that by accessing the Online Services, you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by all these (“Terms of Services” or “Terms of Use”).

PRIVACY

We care about our user’s data privacy and security. Please review our Privacy Policy. By using the service, you agree to be bound by our privacy policy, which is incorporated into the legal terms.

USER REGISTRATION

You may be required to register to use the Online Services. You agree to keep your password confidential and will be responsible for all use of your account and password. We reserve the right to remove, reclaim, or change a username you select if we determine, in our sole discretion, that such username is inappropriate obscene, or otherwise objectionable

COMMUNICATION

The communications between the platform and online users may be done through various means such as phone calls, video calls, WhatsApp messages, SMS, emails, in-platform messages or any other convenient/emerging communication tool that may arise in the future.

CONDUCT

Users may be subject to the application of all applicable laws, rules, regulations, and tax responsibilities as a result of their use of the Platforms. Please read over our code of conduct.

LICENSE TO TUTORS & ONLINE STUDENTS

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive license to access and use our platform for your own personal and commercial purposes. This license is only for your use and may not be assigned or sub-licensed to anyone else, without the platform’s express written consent. Except as expressly permitted by the platform in writing, you will not try to reproduce the platform (legally that’s known as engaging in activity that would reproduce, redistribute, sell, create derivative works from, decompile, reverse engineer, or disassemble the Platform). You also agree that in exchange for this license, you will not engage in any activity that would interfere with damage or harm the Platform. All rights not expressly granted by the platform are reserved.

PURCHASE AND PAYMENT

If you (Student) choose to access or enroll in any of our Online Courses that require payment of a charge, you agree to pay the fee and you will be entirely responsible for doing so. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate information for all purchases made through the service. The Online course fee will be collected by Vikalp Education under the payment terms.

REFUND AND CANCELLATION POLICY

After enrolling in the Online Course, if you, (the student), decide to cancel a confirmed enrollment made using the site or the application, the cancellation policy outlined in the relevant listing will apply, with the exception that no refund will be given for tuition that has already been paid.

 INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

Copyright, trademarks, and other Indian laws protect the application, online services, and content. You acknowledge and agree that Vikalp Education and its licensors are the only owners of the Site, Application, Online Services, and Online Content, as well as all related intellectual property rights. Any copyright, trademark, service mark, or other proprietary rights notices included in or accompanying the Site, Application, Online Services, or Online Content may not be removed, altered, or obscured by you.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

By using our Online Services, you acknowledge and accept that Vikalp Education is not responsible for any direct, indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages or lost data arising out of your use of the site or Online Services. We make no guarantees regarding the accuracy of the articles or Online courses on our website.

TERMINATION

These Legal Terms shall remain in full force and effect while you use our Online service. If we terminate or suspend your account for any reason, you are prohibited from registering under your name, a fake or borrowed name, or the name of any third party. 

DISCLAIMER

Users agree that their use of the platforms will be at their sole risk, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

GOVERNING LAW

This Policy is governed and construed under the laws of India

DISPUTE RESOLUTION

Any disputes arising between both the parties may get resolved by way of a Mediation/Conciliation or Arbitration.

UPDATES TO TERMS & CONDITIONS

These above terms & conditions may be updated from time to time, and users will be bound by the updated terms upon continued use of the platform.
